why choose the landlord's helper?

We are bonded, licensed, and insured Prepaid Contractors in the province of Alberta. Your privacy is very important to us, we do not share or save any personal or financial information after booking. Each job is filmed and the Client is provided with before and after pictures, these are only shared with the Client's permission. You can cancel within ten (10) days of booking, as per the Alberta Prepaid Contractor regulations.
Everything from booking and key pickup to key drop off can be done remotely! Upon booking you will immediately receive a legally binding Prepaid Contractor Agreement. Let us know where and when to pick up and drop off keys, then sit back and be confident that the work will be done on the agreed date and time. All jobs are videoed, and you will receive before and after pics. 
We are a small Calgary-based family team. Our Prepaid Contractor license and insurance do not cover commercial, exterior, spray painting, or any work outside of interior residential jobs.
Are you having a hard time finding a painter to respond to your calls, or have limited availability? Are estimates or prices always higher than originally quoted? Have you had issues with contractors not showing up or completing the work as agreed upon? When you book and prepay with us, we enter into a legally binding Service Agreement that ensures you can cancel within ten (10) days of booking for a full refund. 
  1. Payment is due in full upon booking. Booking and payment imply the Client is in agreement of the Service Agreement, which is found under the "Terms and Conditions".  
  2. The Landlord's Helper requires the residence being painted to be clean and tidy enough for the painting to be done safely and efficiently.
  3. The Landlord's Helper requires that the residence not be occupied by people or pets/animals during the painting. This is to ensure the safety of both the Client, Contractor, and pets/animals (fumes, cleaners, paint, or anything else that may be toxic to pets/animals). A vacated residence is also to keep the work areas secured from accidental spillage or splatters. All jobs are filmed and before and after pictures provided for the Client's peace of mind and only shared with the Client's permission.
